Shipping & delivery
US delivery information: $8 per request, 1–2 business days handling plus 3–5 transit; 4–7 business days in total after confirmation.
01 / Delivery area
Delivery covers the contiguous 48 United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, international destinations and forwarding warehouses are not included. Our team confirms eligibility for your delivery address before payment.
02 / Delivery fee and tax
The standard delivery fee is $8.00 USD per accepted request, regardless of selected print format or quantity within the ten-per-SKU limit. There is no free-delivery threshold. The same $8 appears beside product prices, in the cart and in your order estimate. Estimated sales tax at checkout is $0.00; any legally applicable sales tax on goods and delivery must be itemized and confirmed before payment. The estimate is not a sales-tax exemption.
03 / Handling, transit and total time
Handling is 1–2 business days after written acceptance and payment confirmation. Carrier transit is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Together these make 4–7 business days. Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. The delivery period begins after written acceptance and payment confirmation, not when you place your order online.
04 / Paper, packing and receipt
Every catalogue product is an unframed paper print or poster. Frames, mats and mounting hardware are excluded. No archival packaging or damage-free guarantee is offered. When a shipment arrives, check the outer package and paper before framing. Keep packaging if you need to report a crease, missing sheet or damaged edge.
05 / Address changes and delayed parcels
Email [email protected] with the order reference to ask about an address correction before confirmation. A correction after dispatch cannot be promised. Under our policy, contact us when the 7-business-day total window has passed; the merchant checks dispatch details and the carrier before agreeing a replacement or refund.
