30-calendar-day returns, $8 change-of-mind label, no restocking fee and refunds within 5 business days after inspection.
01 / Return window
The change-of-mind window is 30 calendar days from delivery. Notify [email protected] within that period, with the request reference, SKU, format and reason. Under our policy, the merchant provides authorization and dispatch instructions within 2 business days. The return must be mailed within 7 calendar days after authorization.
02 / Condition and exceptions
Unframed prints and posters should be returned unmounted, untrimmed and with no new marks, creases or adhesive. Check the sheet before framing or handling extensively. No personalized product is offered in this catalogue, so no personalized-item exclusion is asserted. No hygiene exclusion applies to these paper artworks. Sale-price items follow the same 30-day policy; statutory rights for damaged or misdescribed goods are not reduced.
03 / Method, fees and destination
Returns use a tracked postal or courier service only; store drop-off and collection are not available. For change of mind, a prepaid return label costs $8.00 USD, deducted from the refund. The restocking fee is $0.00. Original $8 outbound delivery is not refunded for change of mind. The destination is 13475 THORNCREEK CIRCLE, THORNTON, CO 8241, Colorado, US. Do not send anything until the merchant confirms a usable address in writing.
04 / Damage or wrong item
Report a damaged, missing or incorrect sheet within 7 calendar days of delivery under our returns policy, and keep the packaging. Photographs of the item and packaging may help establish the issue; never send unnecessary personal information. For an accepted damage or merchant-error return, the return label and outbound replacement delivery are free to the customer. No restocking deduction applies. This process does not remove any rights that apply under law.
05 / Refund timing and method
The inspection period is 2 business days from receipt. An approved refund is initiated within 5 business days to the original payment method; if paid by bank transfer, it is returned by bank transfer to the original payer. Bank posting time can be additional.
06 / Requests before confirmation
Payment is arranged after confirmation. Before your order is confirmed, email [email protected] with its reference to withdraw or change it.
